I retain all copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist (Astrowla) unless otherwise agreed in writing.1. ➡ My artwork may not be used for NFTs, blockchain-related content, or similar technologies.
2. ➡ My artwork may not be used for AI training, AI datasets, or submitted to any system intended to generate, replicate, or modify artwork using machine learning.
3. ➡ My artwork may not be edited, altered, traced, recolored, filtered, or otherwise modified without my explicit written permission.
4. ➡ Removal or alteration of my watermark, signature, or identifying marks is strictly prohibited.
5. ➡ My artwork may not be re-uploaded, redistributed, or resold without permission, except by the original client for non-commercial personal display (e.g. profiles, galleries, social media posts that do not involve profit).Character Ownership / Transfers
6. ➡ If a character is transferred (e.g. via Toyhou.se), the artwork may transfer with the character, but all usage restrictions listed above still apply to the new owner.Content Restrictions

- Mecha with heavy mechanical complexity

- Illegal or exploitative themes
- Highly complex backgrounds

12. ➡ Extensive changes or additional requests may require an additional fee.

- Blacklisting from future commissions
